Rules for visiting the exhibition safely

HERE’S HOW WE WELCOME YOU SAFELY

 

THERMOSCANNER
On your arrival we will measure your body temperature.
To enter, it must be below 37.5°.

 

PERSONNEL
All our staff wear the equipment required for a safe visit.
Fixed stations are equipped with barriers for physical separation.

 

SANITISING GEL
At various points in the Palazzo Zaguri you will find dispensers of hydroalcoholic solution for hand hygiene.

 

CLEAN AND SANITISED ENVIRONMENTS
Palazzo Zaguri assures a scrupulous cleaning of all the rooms with detergent and disinfectant products. Daily sanitation is also carried out with particular attention to the toilets and all frequently touched surfaces.

 

QUOTA ENTRANCE
We apply a quota entrance in the exhibition to ensure interpersonal distancing.

 

AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM
In the exhibition spaces of Palazzo Zaguri there is a state-of-the-art air conditioning system, which has just been installed, that ensures continuous filtering and air exchange.

 

MASK
Wear it correctly, covering your nose and mouth, for the whole time you are inside Palazzo Zaguri.

 

DISTANCE
Keep the minimum safe distance from others (1 m).

 

LIFT
For reasons of safety and kindness, the use of the lift will be reserved for people with difficulties or motor disabilities and their companions.

 

ROUTE AND DURATION OF THE VISIT
The route is one-way (it will not be possible to go back) and the total duration of the visit will be 90 minutes.
The predetermined length of time, indicated at the entrance to each room, will be enforced by our staff.

 

CABINETS
There is no cloakroom service.

 

CHECKS ON BAGS AND LUGGAGE
Bags admitted to the exhibition must be of a small size, we reserve the right to have them checked by our staff; if there are bulky backpacks or suitcases, they will be kept at the entrance.

 

IT IS NOT PERMITTED TO
– carry suitcases, bulky bags, backpacks, pushchairs, food, drinks, umbrellas, animals (of any size).
– use mobile phones, cameras or other electronic devices.
